David Van Rixel is the owner of Foundation Properties LLC and has been investing in real estate since 2009. He has a passion for income producing real estate and discovering a diamond in the rough by using creative financing strategies. He looks for the best income producing properties in Southeastern Wisconsin. Van Rixel has a bachelor’s degree from the University of Wisconson-Whitewater and is a member of the Wisconsin Real Estate Investors Association.

Van Rixel currently resides in Brookfield, WI and is the happy husband to Kellie and proud father to Jude, Lochlan, Georgina and Lola (the dog).
